Efficient counselling and reliable assistance in legal proceedings demand a proper compensation. It is not always possible to estimate the course of a proceeding. Hence it is impossible always to assess the real cost price in advance.

This is why clear and transparent understandings are important.

A lawyer bills both costs and fees.

The costs comprise on the one hand amounts paid in advance for you by the office and on the other office costs.

The fees of the lawyers working at our office is based on an agreement and is calculated by means of an hourly rate or a value tariff. In particular cases it is a mutually agreed fixed amount.

A model agreement lies at your disposal in order to let you confirm the agreement entered into.

In most legal proceedings litigation costs are foreseen for the party proven to be right. This is a fixed contribution to in the lawyer’s costs and is paid by the counterparty. A fee can never be smaller than the litigation costs.
